RE: News of Interst/ Huge Impact on NDMThe privious news story was taken from the Ivenhoe mining BB. Thought it would be of interest here. Note how the two largest mining companies will be forced to hold 49% or less of the joint operation. When is the last time you observed the majors not wanting complete control? This legislation effectively bars the majors from Russia. Very few places in the world left where the mining laws and environmental laws are not changed at the whim of a dictator or Nationalist Governing political party. North American opportunities will have a substantial premium attatched to them!!
