Those with money (as usual) will be able to buy value stocks at low prices and those that are marginal with too much credit (mortgages included) will be forced to sell to supply the cheap shares to those with money. If you read the statistics (I am in the building materials business) on the dramtic drop in new housing from the major tract house builders, it is scary and we could easy be heading for recession. What is recession proof...GOLD and other PM's. The AG price in relation to the historical ratio is all out of whack right now and if silver corrects towards that historical ratio, AG stocks will take off JIMHO
