The PP that was closed in Aug for .10 cents for 3 million shares that become free trading on Dec 17/06, what is the consensus as to whether this will have a drag on the SP?? From the NR of Aug 18/06 "The securities issued on this transaction will be legended and restricted from trading until December 17, 2006." What does it mean "these securities will be legended"?? I have never seen that expression before. Also can anybody tell me how shares are outstanding on ACT? There website does not mention anything and I am having trouble finding the info on SEDAR.
