Read 'em and weep for Joy...From the web siteThe following is from the McCallan Web-site. It has been posted on the internet. I repeat it is from the McCallan Web-site. And who owns a substantial part of McCallan and Eurogas Polska...GIVE ME AN R...GIVE ME AN E...GIVE ME A REV.......... READ AND THEN GO TO https://www.mccallan-oilandgas.com/ Copy the addy exactly and paste. Pictures, agreements maps await.... McCallan Oil & Gas in South-East Poland Geological and mining activities in Poland are regulated by the Geological and Mining law. The Geological and Mining law allows the following types of Concessions: 1. Prospecting and exploration concessions 2. Exploitation concessions 3. Concessions for non-reservoir storage of substances McCallan Oil&Gas (UK) Ltd. signed an Initial Joint Operation Agreements to earn the exclusive rights to develop a large oil in the Carpathian Mountains in Poland with the potential for several hundred millions of barrel of oil equivalent. Under the terms and conditions of the Initial Operation Agreement McCallan has earned the exclusive right to earn an interest in the Joint Operation Agreement by providing a payment on an as-need-basis until Dec. 31, 2007 for the development of the Carpathian Concession. Partnership with national Polish Oil company The Polish concession area in which McCallan received an exclusive right to earn an interest in a Final Operating Agreement is owned by EuroGas Polska sp.zo.o ("EuroGas Polska"). On October 27, 2000 EuroGas Polska entered into an Agreement with Poland's National Oil& Gas Concern, Polish Oil and Gas ("POGC"), to mutually undertake appraisal and development activities for a large area located in the Carpathian Flysch and Tectonic Fore Deep Region of South-East Poland, an area which also covers the Carpathian Concession. The agreement calls for POGC to become the operator in the Carpathian Project. Separately, POGC and EuroGas Polska negotiated the agreement whereby POGC will cover 30% of the costs of the exploration works in exchange for 30% future revenue from the project. The largest foreign gas&oil concession On September 7th, 2000 the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Poland granted to EuroGas Polska joint concessions for the following blocks: 416, 417, 436, 437, 438, 456, 457, 458, 477 and 478. The location of the concession blocks is shown on the Map issued by the Department of Geology and Geological Concessions of the Ministry of Environment. This concession ("Carpathian Concession") is the largest oil and gas concession held by a foreign company in Poland. The concessions give EuroGas Polska the right to explore and develop oil and gas on over one million acres (4200 sq. km.) in the Carpathian oil fairway. This area is one of the oldest production areas in the world. Initial production where the oil seeped to the surface is dated back to 1853. The peak production in the beginning of the 20th century reached 2 millions tons (14 millions barrels) per year. All this production came from very shallow formations with the depth not exceeding 1200 meters. This area is also known as "Amoco Block" as it was explored from 1990 to 1996 by Amoco Oil Exploration and Production. Subsequent acquisition of Amoco by British Petroleum and the change in overall corporate strategy connected with the acquisition resulted in Amoco abandoning further works on the project and Amoco’s withdrawal from Europe. Following the return of the concession by Amoco to the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Poland the concession was reissued and granted to EuroGas Polska. These concessions expire on Oct. 10, 2023. In its last Annual Report the Geological Department of the Polish Ministry of Environment defines these potential reserves of the Carpathian Concession as "indicated hydrocarbon prospects in 12 exploration leads within this area, with the largest one potentially containing 300 millions barrels of oil equivalent". Special seismic works show the way Based on special explorations and seismic results POGC in 2000 has published an independent report which suggests large potential for undiscovered substantial oil and gas reserves on the Carpathian Concession in the Rymanow-Lesko area. The plan of exploration Based on the evaluation EuroGas Polska plans to precisely define future drilling works. Spudding of the first well is planned. According to the concession obligations EuroGas Polska shall complete the following minimum work program: The first 3-year exploration program: 1. Acquisition of over 500 km. of 3D seismic lines 2. Drilling of wells to the top of Miocene formation The second 3-year exploration program: Drilling of ten wells per year to the maximum depth analogue to the depth as in the first exploration period. In 2001 EuroGas Polska together with POGC has reprocessed additional seismic lines of existing seismic and prepared a seismic project that includes execution, processing and interpretation of 129 km of the 2D seismic. The exploration target is the structure within Cretaceous deposits in the largest exploration lead mentioned above.
