Thanks for your replies everybody. Environmental reasons? How can they enter into an agreement with Jan de Nul to build a vessel, and then later find out that there is an environmental problem with mining the deposit? Shouldn't they have done the environmental assessment first and then later started talking about vessels, robotic equipment etc.? Absurd. I really hope your source of information is wrong or that it is only a minor problem.
