RE: News On Stockwatch

RE: News On StockwatchNot much to explain... They (I assume) were part of the offering. .. "First Nickel Inc. (TSX:FNI) ("First Nickel") today completed its previously announced short form prospectus offering (the "Offering") of up to $10,000,000 in units of securities (each a "Unit") through Paradigm Capital Inc., MGI Securities Inc., and Raymond James Ltd. (the "Agents"). The Offering was fully subscribed, and the over-allotment option granted by First Nickel to the Agents to increase the size of the Offering by up to 15% was also exercised in full, resulting in gross proceeds to First Nickel of $11,500,000." They purchased enough that they have to register as owning more than 10%..? Nothing nefearious in it that I can see... Except they may be responsible for the huge supply of shares available.
