I think the ones who are upset about the split are the ones who never bought at PDP's IPO. I never bought either only because of Connacher's stake in PDP, my mistake not Connacher's. Bottom line is Connacher still holds a large portion of PDP and that is good enough for me. With one share of Connacher you get exsposure to Argentina, Peru,conventional oil in Saskatchewan, natural gas in Alberta, a very large exsposure in the oil sands of Alberta and a freakin refinery to boot. What else is there to say. Very good news is just around the corner in November that will only add to the bottom line. This company is doing all the right things to grow and prosper in this sector. I will not be selling one single share for a very long time, on the contrary I will be accumulating all the way up on any weakness.
