RE: Top 5 performers on Kitco's Silver page

RE: Top 5 performers on Kitco's Silver pageHi Mykal! I do not think there has been any new dilution to the float except for the issuance of insider options since the company was created. My guess is that about 20 million shares were issued in the spinnoff, including those that were sold into the market to issue cash for the non-accredited US investors. Add another 10 million out of the money warrants. And then about about 2 million options which would represent the maximum amount allowable. That suggests about 32 million or so fully diluted, but I stand to be corrected if anyone has the exact figures. And just to take it one more step, if they did a financing at a buck for 10 million shares with a half warrant, that would leave SST capitalized at under 50 million fully diluted, with about $9 million in the treasury and no debt. There are just not too many other juniors with a share structure in that range, plus great projects, that are fully funded. And you can bet that I will be pounding at the door to get into the PP when it is finally announced, whatever the terms may be. cheers! COACH247
