Not to beat a dead horse here but now you are taking a smaller number minus a larger number and ending up with a positive. You agree that for rights priced at $0.02 the cost to buy 3 shares using said rights is 0.44 correct??
Now simply divide by 3 and the cost per share is 0.146666 per share. Shares were trading at 0.12 per share at time of this debate so rights were not lagging share price but rather ahead.
I stand corrected on the number of warrants per unit. Each unit gives half of a purchase warrant at 0.15 as you mentioned. These warrants are looking much more attractive now that price is at 13 cents now aren't they.
