RE: Bolivia timing question.....My guess would be that he has realized that nationalization is not a good idea. He is probably just saying that he is "delaying" so that his supporters don't call him a traitor to the socialist cause. I think we are still safe, because of our size... but I think the bigger threat could be a cheap takeover from Apex.
