RE: Over 0,26...I like patterns and this one is a continuation one. Yes, the 37-40 range is the next altitude, depending where is your starting point. Of course there are a few sellers lined up who know that and are waiting for the herd to gobble them at the 30-40 range. But hey, I won't complain if valuation increases no matter what. Something's got to give eventually. This is not a case of Income Trust...but rather a case of trusting income...
