RE: What's going on?Actually, Fickes is relying quite heavily on Sara Elford's opinion of the stock. I've seen her ( Elford ) mentioned by another analyst. She is quite well respected. My guess would be that someone is buying in anticipation of good news because the company thought sales would begin to accelerate after the summer doldrums.
