RE: Canadian Western Bank (CWB) Explain thisYes, I can explain the difference. I live in Quebec (not for long) and this province is a joke. My GF has an account with Laurentian (I don't know why) and they are an inept bank, only to be beaten by Desjardins, but that doesn't really count since they are not really a bank. See my yesterday's rant on craigslist and mtl.general newsgroup about how I really feel about Quebec . And yes, you are correct, it is a Quebec "premium".
