FaithFaith is great Saskkyle but in order to be successful a decent business plan might be more effective.
Now, that we do not have a guaranteed sale for our product, it would be irresponsible to go ahead and grow millions of seedlings on speculation. This is not a product that you can put on the shelf and hold until you can find a buyer. If the seedlings, that have been grown are not sold this winter and shipped first thing in the spring, we will have major problems. There are some options but they are all high cost and very risky. We are already at high risk, trying to overwinter these seedlings without proper facilities.
Large quantities of tree seedlings are normally grown under contract. This protects both the seller and the buyer. From what I have seen so far, it would be suicidal to grow another 7 million seedlings without a contracted buyer in place.
