I don't agree with your working capital comment. The majority of the debt under current liabilities is required under GAAP to be classified there. However in all likelihood the debt will either be deferred or converted so I would back it out of the calculation. Therefore their working capital deficiency is only around $500,000 which is not going to put the Company under. I also understand that the long long awaited financing will be put to bed soon and that it will take care of the working capital deficiency. I am hoping that we are finally bottomed out. Good luck
