RE: CNRC "grant" doesn't exist? now boys or girls. the grant is in place but WSCE has to spend the money first in order to receive it. Now there is the rub, WSCE does not have the cash to spend because they have not closed their financing. my kids are going on a bottle drive this weekend for hockey, maybe i can ask them for the financing.
