RE: 10Q is out

RE: 10Q is outMy prediction is that the financing will be done around $0.50 with a warrant ($0.75 - $1.00 range). I am guessing it will come in somewhere in the $2.5 - $4.5 range - meaning a total dilution of 10 million to 18 million shares (including warrants). So after the financing I am expecting the company on a fully diluted basis will be in the 60 - 70 million share range. I believe that number of shares should help with the public float and is not too high if they can deliver on their promises moving forward. PS. I am also not happy with the current share price but I came in with my eyes open that this is/was a high risk investment.
