Goldex Resources Corporation is a Canada-based junior resource company exploring and developing gold properties. The Company is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of gold exploration and evaluation assets. It owns 100% of the mineral title and rights to explore and extract minerals from a mineral property known as the El Pato Property in Guatemala. The El Pato Project is located in south-eastern Guatemala, five kilometers (kms) west of the town of Chiquimula and approximately 110 km east of Guatemala City. The Project consists of two mineral exploration licenses which cover an area of approximately 126 square kilometers. The Cerro Las Minas Property is located contiguous to the El Pato property in the eastern Department of Chiquimula, within the southeastern part of the Republic of Guatemala, Central America. Drill Program at El Pato Project in GuatemalaGoldex Resources Commences Drill Program at El Pato Project in Guatemala VANCOUVER, Nov. 15, 2006 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX News Network) -- Goldex Resources Corporation (TSX-V: GDX, Frankfurt: GT6) is pleased to announce that the Company has commenced drilling at the El Pato project in Guatemala. The drill program is a minimum 20 hole program targeting four new high grade surface areas believed to be bulk tonnage gold stock work mineralization and structurally controlled high-grade vein mineralization. Goldex will also re-drill the zone of gold mineralization previously identified by the United Nations work during 1989 through 1991 bringing the inferred resource calculation to 43-101 standards. All of the drilling will be based on the work recently completed and work announced in previous news releases.
