Given previous issues and the review posture that the exchange has now taken with regards to Regents, I would expect that all of the specific details were presented and reviewed prior to Regent being able to publish. This situation would be particularly true in the case where the announcement is vague and has references that imply a material change to the positive but do not name them. This comment doesn't mean that things still can't go wrong; only that the signed intentions and documentation exist and are probably "all but executed". given the past, I would suspect the Regent's management is very, very sure of what was released. As Stocktalk2 said, we have waited this long.....2-3 more weeks will not matter.
