Boys!Calm down once! By the way, they've put 655 Bay St in their property list now. Very nice. IMO with the financing they just did, they will probably be able to close most of the pending deals, and maybe we will then SEE a FFO payout ratio of less than 100 instead of just hearing about it. At that point the market will reprice the units upward.
