RE: question about Tim HortonsI ve looked at TIMs for YEARS now. As a shareholder of Wendys I ve made good money in the last few years. TIMs alone I would not touch. 3 quick reason: It has gone nowhere since the IPO, thus proving it was over priced. Americans dont want it, both the shares and the actual stores. Current valuation includes a premium for it to become a trust and thanks to GOV of CAN. this cant happen any longer. If I had it I would sell it and look at it in a years time, probably summer 2007, to see where it is trading. I do not know your situation and why you want TIMs, but maybe look at some of the trust in the restaurant sector, in the next 30-60 days as better bets going forward. Good Luck to You
