When I read this quote, my first instinct was to vomit, then I chuckled wondering if DB approved the NR...because this quote from Cowper is sooooooo contrary to the DB way of doing business - "If you're small, you have to make wise decisions, and make them fast. If you're fast, you have to have sound instincts. Sound instincts in the energy business today require a broad level of experience. We've got that experience on many fronts." FAST, I mean come on...really???!!! ROTFLMAO OK Steve...SHOW ME FAST!!!!!
