If Halbouni is scamming us and taking over CDC as a private company do you honestly think he can scam the shareholders, TSX, RCMP and the Fairy Princess? The guy might be curly but I don't think he's that stupid. Let me rephrase that, I know he's not that stupid. Now on the other hand if this is the case then the people that would be financing Halbouni would be co-conspirators. I think he's calling the loan because he's in financial straits.
