Comparative size..

Comparative size..The mud lake sills are about the same size as TAH.... Now if the carrat size and value are comparable we have a mine. The cost of production and cost to build being a definit advantage. From TAH: Revised Open-Pit The Preliminary Assessment is based on a preliminary design of a revised open-pit which is 50% deeper than the open-pit described in the May Report. The revised pit assumes only open-pit mining would occur and is based on a pit optimization process that included only Indicated Resources. Inferred Resources contained within the ultimate pit were included in the economic analysis as supplemental process plant feed material. Potentially Mineable Kimberlite As a result of the inclusion of the Inferred Resources, the mineralization within the ultimate pit design presented in the Tahera Evaluation cannot be referred to as “ore” or as “mineral reserves”. The use of these terms has been avoided in describing this material. The May Report included underground mining. The Tahera Evaluation does not consider underground mining at this time. However this methodology could be utilized if further economic and engineering assessments so dictate. The preliminary design of the revised open pit contains 5.52 Mt of potentially mineable kimberlite grading 0.85 ct/t (recovered and diluted). The life-of-mine strip ratio is 5.2:1, totalling 28.6 Mt of waste. The kimberlite contained in the revised open-pit is summarized by lobe in the table below. The table incorporates the higher diamond prices used in the economics section of the Tahera Evaluation.
