The Company’s development properties are the Revenue-Virginius mine (the Revenue-Virginius mine or Ouray), located in Ouray Colorado and held through the Company’s 100% owned United States subsidiary, Ouray Silver Mines, Inc. (OSMI) and the Shafter silver property (the Shafter Silver Project or Shafter), located in Presidio County, Texas and held Aurcana Silver Corporation. The Revenue-Virginius mine is located in southwestern Colorado about 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Ouray. Access to the mine site is via County Road 361. The Shafter Silver Project, which is 375 miles southeast of El Paso, in Presidio County, southwest Texas, within a historic mining district.

RE: IF YOU DIDN'T SELL FOR $1 PLUS YESTERDAY.....Based on what?If they CF .50 next year then what is it worth now is the question..80 you say well then if 4.50 is fair for dec. 07 then the upside is 562% this year.Is that your logic, or will the US make a strong recovery and at the same time keep inflation low causing the PM stocks to turn south?Not very likely.Selling AUN at a buck is as foolish as selling CXX at TWO would have been for myself.WAY to early!Then lets talk about another aquisition similar to La Negra in a few months from now.Trade if you dare but if there was ever a good long term hold this is it.
