RE: Dougie: I've never shorted a stock in my life

RE: Dougie: I've never shorted a stock in my lifeGreenEggs...Sounds like reasonable, rational measured thinking to me...of course it parallels my own. "Rule #1..preserve capital" so I took my inital investment plus a nice profit off the table this week. That still leaves me a nice chunk for when it goes up again and hopefully takes off but also gives me some new money to reinvest back into AUN if it pulls back substanially for a short period for whatever reason. The run-in of the plant could easily slow things up...I doubt they are so foolish to crank right up to 1000tpd immediately. There are efficiencies to work out always because what is on the design board rarely matches reality on the site. This is not bashing or negative...just realities of crushing rock. So those that go for the brass ring and ignore other indicators like the price of copper or the potential problems of the start-up of a mine...good luck. I win either way, maybe not quite so big but I live to fight another day if it goes the other way...just when you think you have figured it all out..that light at the end of the tunnel usually is that of the proverbial on-rushing train.
