RE: Doing some DD on this oneIMHO the price overshot to the upside a few months ago, and is now stabilising. Just mob psychology, and Reit buyers are, for now, focused on the other, larger reits...... https://www.whiterockreit.ca/management.html The key to this is the quality of the management team, also just my opinion. Their strategy seems valid.....Hope I'm right.
