RE: KRR disputes DTA's allegation
Thanks for the information.
I would not anticipate a legal challenge for a measily $109,000 unless it was to delay or derail Peregrine's purchase. Are the ramifications greater than I understand? Do you think there is anything to be concerned about? What is the advantage to Dentonia?
In my opinion, this difference between Dentonia and KRR makes it even more imperative that we support the purchase. Ellen's recent letter to shareholders asks that we participate in the Voting and Standstill Agreement with Peregrine by confirming our willingness to cast a favourable vote. That would probably be advisable, in any case. IMHO
Holding Peregrine shares is a bit of insurance especially if this deposit doesn't become a mine. Peregrine has the resources and personnel to develop other properties. KRR doesn't without great dilution through equity financing. We are fortunate that the KRR people recognized this and quickly jumped on a reasonable deal . IMO
I've been in and out of KRR several times since the early 90's. For me, another old expression rings true, "In for a dime; in a for a dollar."
Make it happen!
