RE: monecan whats your take rose

RE: monecan whats your take rose sven, if your asking me that question "would the exchange have shut us down with Halbouni being a director" My honest answer to that would be a resounding "NO" As rediculous as that may sound you have to remember Michaud was in charge when this thing went down. The autos, loans and mismanagement although obviously a little curly was any of it illeagal? One can say that Halbouni did'nt work for the shareholders best interests but you have to remember that "mgmt. is everything". Given that we all knew he was a "drywaller" and not a professional running a "public company" we don't really have much to stand on, don't ya think? You know sven, to be successful at this game it's all about timing as you're well aware. The flow of money and sentiment blows around like the wind and I could see a lot of chinese plays starting to lose their shine as the money started shifting to North American plays. Would you honestly buy any risky ventures over there now knowing the politics and roadblocks facing mgmt.? I would'nt even give it a second thought but years ago when we all got into this it was one of a few interesting plays back then. We were at a very difficult time then and mgmt. was about to change and I was hoping we had a slim chance to make things better with Michaud in charge. Speaking of which Michaud IMO was a take charge kind of guy and deeply believed in the assets when his oppourtunity was swept away. When the halt was imposed and subsequent investigation the writing was on the wall. No money and the investigation would be at least a year making CDC's ability to go forward more than just a daunting task essentially a death spiral. With the boom in exploration and mining experienced people are at a premium. Hell you can't even get tires nevertheless a good geologist so everyone quit. I could go on and on and on why the halt was a bad bad idea but I'm tired of trying to sell it. I don't know why people just don't get it. I like to use a boxing analogy, You've punched your apponent silly (technical knockout) and he's on his knees. If you punch him in the head real hard again against the referees advice you'll probably kill him. Thats what the shareholders did to CDC on a well orchestrated plan designed to work on people's emotions IMO. Where is loudmouth now that you need him? Conveniently dissapears? What a coward.
