RE: I want to know..

RE: I want to know.."Ive had several communications with SWY and have been misinformed by them, regarding the minority voting I was told beyond a doubt on several occassions that SWY had the votes to force a subsequent transaction so I might as well tender my shares, I tried to discuss with them the possibility that only the minority would be allowed to vote and without SWY getting 90% they would be forced to address the concerns of the remaining minority, but I was told I was wrong and to tender my shares cause in the end SWY would vote for the same transaction and force the minority to accept it well as you probably know by now, SWY was wrong, we might never know whether they where intentionally misleading ACA SH or whether they actually thought they where right (or maybe in the end it will come down to very bad legal advice)" I don't know exactly what your position is on this whole mess, but if you haven't already, you should forward your correspondance with SWY to the OSC and BCSC. It would probably help the position that SWY is purposely trying to mislead ACA shareholders.
