What's next for NCST

What do you think is the fair value of NCST? Will WED take it out of the market( buyout 25% outstanding shares--then what premium will they offer?) Since last time (at $ 7 , management thought that NCST was undervalued, how would it perceive it now close to $4? Thanks for your replies.
