RE: Huttani/Curtis

RE: Huttani/CurtisIn roder to negotiate the CBM, it was important to have 51%. Its hard to effictively negotiate a deal if we're the minority partner. The last farmout was used to ultimately improve and expediate our position with CBM negotiations. SP can significantly rise prior to news release. IMO. last farmout is significant because: 1. gave us 51% / majority control. 2. improved our abilities and connections on the ground in Poland. 3. Exchange can now look at REV as a legitimate oil and gas entity, which makes life easier. IMHO, the CBM deal is a certainty now that we own 51%. Which means at a minimum, REV will be a few bucks.
