Hothschild issue

Hothschild issueNot sure I understand. If the 3 million shares issued are off the market, then when will they go into the market? I am sure Hothschild does not need to sell these shares issued but surely they trade at expeditious market moments-no? Will they just hold for the market top of silver or is it straight dilution? I am sure it matters little in the end as Exmin will be fine. Not sure what a firm like Hothschild does with their shares in cases like this. Anybody?
