RE: I hear

RE: I hearYou're right. It did get worse. Golden Arch president told of more allegations 2006-12-12 12:16 ET - News Release Mr. George Sharp, former SEECAN president, reports DEFENDANTS IN FRAUD ACTION THWARTED IN PREVIOUS ATTEMPTS TO ACQUIRE MINERAL PROPERTIES Former Safe Environment Engineering, Canada, Inc. (SEECAN) president, George Sharp, has discovered documents which show that Golden Arch Resources Ltd. and its president, Les Kjosness, had unsuccessfully attempted to acquire SEECAN's mineral properties for at least 15 months prior to recruiting Mr. Sharp under the guise of concerned SEECAN shareholders. The documents were discovered during the continuing preparation of a civil action in the Los Angeles County Division of California Superior Court (docket No. BC362855) against Golden Arch Resources, Mr. Kjosness and Rod Blake, an account manager in the Vancouver office of Canaccord Capital Corp., for breach of contract and fraud. Mr. Sharp, who accuses the defendants of making false representations in order to induce him to accept the position of president and enable the defendants to maneuver the properties away from SEECAN, discovered two letters, on Golden Arch stationary and signed by Mr. Kjosness, which make offers to acquire the properties. One of these letters was directly addressed to Joanna Yu, Mr. Sharp's immediate predecessor as president of SEECAN. Mr. Sharp commented: "These discoveries only strengthen my claim that Kjosness as a shareholder and agent of Golden Arch and Blake whose clients hold a strong position in Golden Arch, were only looking out for the interests of Golden Arch and not Safe Environment as they had represented to me. I regret that I did not take Ms. Yu's same position when dealing with the opportunists."
