RE: what about the risk of moving 182 houses

182 houses at 300,000$ (costs of moving, house, land, all associated costs & trouble) is 54 million$. But what happens if they DON'T want to move ? that could be a problem, no ? what is the answer from the company about this ? it should be even more important than increasing the ressource. I know quite a few project that got cancelled due to people NOT willing to move. You just can't force them.
