RE: APG Forum Still buying Take over?

RE: APG Forum Still buying Take over? You stole my post, how flattering ;0) My conclusions, FWIW; SAS is accumulating shares as an investment, nothing more-nothing less, at this time. If an opportunity is presented in an advantageous manor, they will trounce. IMO, not likely to happen, but one never knows. APG is not for sale. If Apollo was interested in having St Andrew as an equity partner, St Andrews would have participated in the recent share offerings. This action by St Andrews, again, gives merit to the analysis that concludes; Apollo is undervalued relative to its land positions, and its piers are taking noticed. One would speculate; No major would be interested in St Andrews, why would they sell them properties just to repurchase them through a buyout at a latter point, makes no sense. I don’t buy the angle of a St Andrews’/Apollo agglomeration being swallowed by a major waiting in the wings. If Apollo is indeed a twinkle in a major’s eye, I would expect them to front run St Andrews. In scanning the sentiments of posters after the news hit the tape, I was expecting a sell off in the morning after seeing the high regard given to St Andrew’s management and contemplated take some profit off the table. The sell off didn’t transpire, in fact, the buying persisted. Very Bullish! A whole lot of elbowin’ going on to get into position to court our little Apollo, I think I’ll stick around, fully loaded. I’m expecting something like this for Apollo (my guess is we’re somewhere around July 05); https://finance.yahoo.com/charts#chart1:symbol=mng;range=2y;indicator=volume;charttype=line;crosshair=on;logscale=on;source=undefined Time will tell. OK, PFC boggie, on your marks-set-GO (tell me how wrong I am) Peace brother, John
