Actually this has been the major obstacle for CLL's achieveing a fair market valuation all along. Gusella's pig-headed insistence to NOT list CLL on a real stock exchange has cost him and us quite a bit of market cap. The Canuck houses continue to slap this thing around like a red headed step-child. They know it has to go up, so any slippage they can cause is found money on the pump.
