Niger

I noticed while doing some dd on Northwestern Minerals that they announced there uranium applications in Niger June 02/05 and received the permit for the concessions on March 08/06 (9 mths). Greencastles' announcement was made June 07/05 and here it is December /06 and no permits, I beginning to think that they aren't going to get it, sure hope I'm wrong. HT
