Hi rbmlong

Hi rbmlongI will answer your questions if you answer mine. We all just saw radman exercise options at 25 (i think)cents. $200 grand on the books. We know he owns a house in van for the last few years at least- probably 400 grand on the books at least. I think the cost base on his hundreds of thousands of shares is even less than the latest option price- so perhaps another 400 on the books. he makes low 6 digits for rbm and I think some dough from other co's (if you can call them that) and I want to stress I think as to tell you the truth I havent checked other affiliations fro a while. So the question is obvious why wouldn't the ceo of a company he founded not go to market to show his support and to obviously become rich? Why did pilz puke up his shares so fast when he got options? richards...what does he do anyway? stephenson...ditto- wouldn't we like to check out those two time cards....sorry sis you are out, I doubt it. No one on this board thinks I am a genius, but if I am scratching my head don't you think some really smart potential investors are scratching their heads?? Maybe it isn't holding back the stock...but it sure isnt' helping. Make a few phone calls...find out the family rep...see if you like what you hear. Maybe good maybe bad...I don't know. People throw round the term fundamentals all the time...but I am not sure what they mean. All I know is that they keep raising capital and the value of the stock doesnt go up...so "fundamentally" they are not raising capital to increase shareholder value-which is the reason to raise more capital. So where is all the slippage going...you guessed it. Why didn't the company go up after 3 M..."fundamentally" wouldn't that increase the value of the company? And then there are the cash flow postive by next year statemetns and the sales will increase by 400% annually etc.. Maybe he really did believe those things would happen. But they didn't. Who would have known? If a person keeps saying things will happen and they never seem to happen...what is the word I am looking for?
