Facts

FactsI have owned this company for a long time and continue nibbling when the price es too compelling. But here are a couple of key things from its past: - about 4 years ago one of the original owners of the company took shares instead of forcing the company to pay him cash for a loan he had made to the infant enterprise. Cash would have bankrupted the company at the time so it was a win-win outcome for both parties. This was when the shares where about $1.25 or so. - because of the above this fellows owns about 50% of all the shares. If you want to buy the company he has to agree with you. - he is not a hugely rich man. He is likely one of the perennial sellers of stock because he has to raise cash for routine expenses. That haveing all been said HYD is still an extraordinary value that will eventually be reflected in the share price.
