RE: Can someone explain this?Nothing ever is, and ever will be done about illegal activity on the Canadian markets. In the US they have Elliot Spitzer to try and clean things up. In Canada we have nobody. And nobody is interested in doing anything about all this kind of stuff. You just have to live with it. Part of the cost of doing business. If I lived in the US I could get lower commissions on my Canadian trades than I can living in Canada. The government here won't allow Canadians to have accounts in the US, of course - to keep the brokerage monopoly going up here in manipulation-land. There. I vented.
