New PRDoes the upgrade of the pipeline gathering system mean that productions from existing wells will be increased from six to eighteen million cubic feet per day or does it mean that the system will have the capacity to handle eighteen million cubic feet per day when, and if, existing and new wells become capable of producing that much gas?
