RE: breakthroughIMHO $13 will become a floor price, soon... January or February. That will be nice......Have you guys looked at BTB Reit? Looks interesting also, focused on the east for now, where things aren't overheated like they are in Calgary-Edmonton-Fort McMurray. (I like having 2 or 3 different reits.)
