lots of volume and lower price...

lots of volume and lower price...what does this mean,I know higher volumes,higher prices are good,what does higher volumes,lower price mean on a technical issue.

Are we going up or are we going down,and is lower volume on lower price more negative than higher volume lower price.Or is someone selling in to demand to keep the price lower...GMP doesn,t seem to be buying as much lately?
