yes, it's just the PP

After looking at SEDAR, it's just someone jockying for the PP which is set @.25. There's a buyer waiting to take the shares but lower than what the selling party is hoping to get. Anyone interested could probably step in between for a large chunk of shares, no doubt more cheap than what will be available after the PP is filled and after year-end.
