I can't understand the posts on this issue or placement as we call them in Australia. It is a common way of raising money in exploration companies. If you have been following this stock you will have noticed the placement was done at 25 cents when the stock was trading at 26.5 cents, with all the knockers in the world on this bull board site. I took particular note asking myself the question of how they were going to convince the investors to take this at so low premium. Can I pass on the information that when they place shares with private backers of a company in Canada the shares are escrowed (cant trade) for about 4 months. So if any of the knockers think this is a ramp so the placement buyers can off load think again. They backed the company because its a winner. Once again if you are short, good night nurse.. as they say in Aussieland.
