There were many of us who recognized Santoy as a winner ages ago, when Ron came on board, and long before Dines knew how to spell Santoy. Dines does a little dd like the rest of us, decides to get in, then publishes a letter saying Buy! Buy! Buy!, and suddenly he's a genius? Lighten up! He publishes an interesting newsletter. From what I've heard he's had as many losers as winners. If I hear he's hot on something I have then great, but beyond that he's just another newsletter writer making a living. And as far as his recourse in the event that some subscriber decides to pass along a reco, we should not forget that in law we as a subscriber, are in fact paying for a newsletter writer's advice, and accordingly can use that advice any way we wish, as long as we acknowledge them.
