RE: US Economy

RE: US EconomyThe "Baby Boomers" have most of their investments in residential real estate. Just imagine what will happen when they decide to get out to protect their wealth as house prices really fall. That money will have to go to another spot. When that happens you will see big money move into sector specific stocks that will outperform. No matter what happens to the US economy, I understand your above statement but the Boomers have borrowed against their real estate holdings to the point that if they were to sell today they might break even. From what I've read the average U.S. citizen has no idea how bad the national and personal debt situation really is. With the introduction of 50 year mortgages, interest only loans, lines of credit issued to people with bad credit, and basically a credit driven economy. I see the same thing happening in Canada and the UK. It's the european and asian money that PAX needs to create the true value here. Hopefully when they come shopping they see the " For Sale" signs and not the " On sale " or " Fire Sale " signs. As for China , They're the ones dealing the cards and they can be excellent poker players. JMHO of course Seasons greetings
