Hopefully its the approval otherwise soemthing to the effect that they have spoken to FDA and have been advised that their review has been finalized/almost finalized and a response will be issued in the next few days/weeks, etc....and to re-itterate their confidence of an approval, if they are indeed confident of course. Would not want them to mislead anyone. I suspect we have not heard anything because the 28th is probably still a go, otherwise would the FDA not provide a new date if Nuvo pressed them a bit - especially since FDA gave them the Dec 28th date - it is only courteous I would think? My bet/hope is that we hear something at close or after lunch time today.
