It also has a 100 % interest in Forrest Kerr Gold Project, which is located in the heart of the Golden Triangle in northwestern British Columbia, Canada. Forrest Kerr Gold Project covers approximately 20,197 hectares. Its exploration activity at Forrest Kerr is focused on two primary zones: the North Boundary zone, which runs parallel to the Nelson Creek Fault zone, and the South Boundary zone, which runs parallel to the Benchlands Fault zone.

RE: News - What the ...Well, it sure is a good news considering the dilution effect that would have occurred. Why would they cancel it? Many possible answers, but I like to think that it is because the price 0.50 is well below 10-day Moving average (0.68) and moreover, very low considering where its heading. You don,t want to issue more of you think the stock is undervalued. Does someone know how much we have in the bank? Do we have payments coming in?
